• How much do your services cost?

  Projects are priced either on an hourly basis or as a fixed fee, depending on the scope and complexity of the work. After review, a proposal outlining the recommended pricing structure, estimated timeline, and deliverables will be provided.

• Can I hire you for drafting, renderings, or printing only

  Absolutely! Offered services are available as standalone solutions for individuals, homeowners, architects, and contractors.

• What files do you accept?

  Sketches, PDFs, CAD files, photographs, measurements, markups, and design concepts are all acceptable starting points. Existing documentation can also be revised or expanded.

• What types of drawings do you produce?

  Construction documentation may include: schedules, specifications, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, furniture plans, finish plans, interior elevations, sections, millwork and shop drawings, electrical and lighting plans.

• Are your drawings permit-ready?

  Drawing sets can be prepared to support permitting requirements. Any renovations involving structural changes or permitted work should be completed in collaboration with a licensed architect, engineer, and/ or contractor.

• Can you work with my architect or contractor?

  Yes. Collaboration is an important part of the design process to help ensure accurate documentation and smooth project coordination.

• Do you offer rush services?

  Rush scheduling may be available depending on current workload. Expedited projects may require an additional fee.

• What is the largest print size available?

  36" Wide. Large-format printing is available for personal projects, architectural drawings, presentation boards, permit sets, and construction documents.
